Professional Legal Journey & Cross-Border Impact
An alumna of The University of Zimbabwe, Rumbi studied law and was admitted as a Legal Practitioner and Notary Public in 1998. She expanded her global reach in 2003 when she was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, building decades of high-level cross-border legal experience.
Motivated by a desire to change lives and help people heal, Rumbi founded RBM Solicitors LTD in 2007, an international family and immigration law firm that provided vital legal support to many Zimbabweans. She later sold the firm to pursue a deeper passion: delivering holistic, life-changing support to migrants. This led her to establish Tulia Group Community Interest Company (CIC), which provides expert legal advice, training, and capacity-building programmes that help organisations respond effectively to the needs of displaced communities.
Faith, Ministry, and Authorship
Rumbi is a devout Christian who seeks to live out her faith daily. She leads Freedom Ministry International, an interdenominational, kingdom-focused ministry that helps people find freedom in Christ by identifying and uprooting hidden barriers to spiritual and personal growth.
She has also expressed her journey of resilience through authorship:
‘Girl in the Mirror’: An autobiographical book about past trauma, pain, and the transformative power of faith.
‘Planted’: A guide to recognising negative lifestyle patterns and becoming firmly rooted in the love of Christ.

Believing that true leadership means lifting others, Rumbi works tirelessly to serve local communities:
· Tugwi Trust: As a trustee, she supports ten schools in the Chivi District of Masvingo, Zimbabwe, and personally sponsors several children, including one currently studying law at the University of Zimbabwe.
· Guardian Ballers CIC: As a Director, she helps guide a service that supports young people’s mental health, well-being, and education through basketball coaching.
